How do I return an item?

Guarantees & Return Policy
Should any item you've purchased at BestValueSupply Inc. not completely satisfy you, you may return the item for refund within 15 days of shipping provided the item has not been opened or used and is in its original resaleable condition.
Should you receive a damaged or inoperable item, we will promptly send out a replacement while we arrange to have the item returned to us. Any and all returns must have a proper Return Authorization Number (RMA) from our customer support department. Please contact Customer Service, (877) 249-1991 or Email customerservice@bestvalsup.com for a Return Authorization number and further shipping instructions.
Please note that for undamaged items, items ordered in error shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs to return the items to us.  
For products ordered in error, the responsibility for all shipping charges to and from BestValueSupply Inc shall be solely that of the customers. No returns allowed on discontinued or special ordered items. All floor machines sales are final and are covered by factory warranties. Shipping/Handling and Small Order Charges are non-refundable. All Products within the 15 day window which have been opened are could be subject to an open box fee of 15%.
