Typographical Errors
In the event that a BestValueSupply Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, BestValueSupply Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BestValueSupply Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, BestValueSupply Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by BestValueSupply Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as your payment clears.
We will accept purchase orders and grant open account terms to qualifying companies. For an open account please fill out the request for credit form and fax it to 775-878- 5516. We reserve the right to issue or deny credit solely at the discretion of our credit department.
Once a credit application has been approved you will be notified and when you want to purchase on open account you will then print out your order and email to sales@BestValSup.com. Or Fax to 775-878-5516. Our terms are Net 30 and are strictly adhered to.
Bestvaluesupply Inc. reserves the right to accept or refuse to accept and ship any orders for any reason whatsoever and you agree to abide by such determination by Bestvaluesupply Inc. Bestvaluesupply Inc. need not notify you of its decision to refuse to accept an order and will be held harmless of any consequences of this decision.
Taxes
Taxes will be charged on all purchases shipped to addresses within New York State except for churches, non-profit organizations, government agencies and other legally exempt organizations. We will require a properly executed exempt certificate faxed to (775) 878-5516 with your first order. Taxes are charged on purchase and shipping charges according to New York State Sales Tax regulations.
Shipping
At BestValueSupply Inc. we attempt to ship the best and least expensive way and usually use UPS or FedEx standard ground. Shipping charges will be based on the following rate schedule: $7.95 plus 60 cents per lb on orders where all items are UPS or FedEx Ground shippable within the contiguous continental United States, and the order does not exceed the maximum size, weight and hazardous material limitations set forth by UPS and FedEx. If UPS or FEDEX requirements are for additional charges for oversized or hazardous or any other reason, such charges will be added to your order and you will be notified of same prior to shipping.
If there are any non-UPS Ground shippable items, then a flat $95.00 shipping fee is charged for up to 149 lbs $180.00 from 150-249 lbs $250.00 from 250-499 lbs and $320.00 from 500- 700 lbs. An additional $35.00 will be added to orders shipped by common carrier to the States of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut because of the higher freight rates charged by shipping companies in this region of the country. This does not apply to orders shipped by UPS.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx or best way at the sole discretion of our shipping department. For special shipping requests, the costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Most orders should arrive at your facility within 2-5 business days after shipping. Please note that we have a minimum order of $50.00. If your purchase is under $50.00 a low order fee of $5.00 will be added to your order.
Due to either product size, shape, or chemical safety standards, some items can not be shipped via United Parcel Service or FedEx, and instead are delivered safely via alternative truck delivery. These products will state so in the description. In such instances, it will be necessary to ship by common carrier and the freight charge due will be as noted above.
For orders shipped by freight truck, normal delivery is to curbside only and not inside the facility. If you need inside delivery, in most cases the freight company will assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.
Please contact BestValueSupply Inc. directly if you have special instructions for delivery. Special instructions should be in writing and signed. Customer is also responsible for additional charges in cases of missed appointments or re-delivery or special trucking requirements such as but not limited to lift gates etc. Your correct phone number is essential for arranging freight delivery. Please be sure to include the most relevant phone number to contact you at the time you place your order. Any special delivery requirements and costs other then our normal shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
We ship to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States. The following are a list of exceptions:
• Post Office Boxes
• Private mail boxes locations
NOTE: Always examine any package before signing for it. By signing for a package you immediately release the trucking company of any liability for damage and therefore no claim can be made and the damaged merchandise becomes your responsibility
Please do not sign for, or accept damaged packages.
Hazardous Items
UPS classifies some items as Hazardous. These items are subject to an additional handling fee. This charge will be the responsibility of the customer. Hazardous items cannot ship via air therefore these items can only be shipped via UPS Ground.
Guarantees & Return Policy
Should any item you've purchased at BestValueSupply Inc. not completely satisfy you, you may return the item for refund within 15 days of shipping provided the item has not been opened or used. Should you receive a damaged or inoperable item, we will promptly send out a replacement while we arrange to have the item returned to us. Any and all returns must have a proper Return Authorization Number (RMA) from our customer support department. Please contact Customer Service, (877) 600-0252 or Email customerservice@bestvalsup.com for a Return Authorization number and further shipping instructions. Please note that for undamaged items, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs to return the items to us. All Products within the 15 day window which have been opened are subject to an open box fee of 20%. We cannot accept for return, items that have been used or shorted from the shipping minimums required for that product. Any items returned in that manner or condition will be considered as non resellable and will not be elligilble for credit or refund. For all products ordered in error, the responsibility for all freight charges to and from BestValueSupply Inc shall be solely that of the customers. No returns allowed on discontinued or special ordered items. All floor machines sales are final and are covered by factory warranties. Shipping/Handling and Small Order Charges are non-refundable.
Prices
At BestValueSupply Inc. we strive to maintain prices at the lowest possible level. Occasionally, prices may change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. We will try to notify you, if possible, of any such change prior to shipping.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be either called in directly or we must receive notification in writing within 24 hours of the order being placed.
